Meet Pitmaster BARRY KAMMER
A Navy veteran and DFW native, Barry runs BK’S BBQ Best In The West! from his mobile smoker out of Keller, Texas. With a Bachelor’s in Business, a Master’s in Quantitative Finance, and a Culinarian Certification from The Culinary School of Fort Worth, his one-of-a-kind background led to being hand-selected by Jerry Jones to work in the Dallas Cowboys’ personal suite kitchen for the 2021 NFL . Today, Barry brings that same big-league discipline and Texas-bold flavor to every cook—delivering championship-caliber barbecue and flawless execution for backyard gatherings up to 1,000+ guest events.
